Cancellation Policy
All clients must give at least a 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule their appointment in order to avoid a fee of 50% of their service cost. If you cancel less than 24 hours of your appointment time 100% of the service cost will be charged. If you are more than 15 minutes late with out notice to your appointment you will be considered a no show. If a client no-shows an appointment 100% of the service cost will be charged.
